Promotional Offer Terms (“Fine Print”)

From time to time, NovaPause Wellness, LLC (“NovaPause,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer special promotions, discounts, early-access pricing, or limited-time bonuses (each, an “Offer”).

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the specific promotional materials, the following terms apply to all Offers.

1. Eligibility

Offers are available only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable promotion (for example, “new subscribers,” “first-time purchasers,” or “launch pricing” customers).

Offers are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, bartered, or exchanged.

2. New Customer / First-Purchase Offers

If an Offer is designated for “new customers” or “first purchases only,” it may be redeemed solely on the first qualifying order placed using a unique email address and, if applicable, a unique account.

Existing customers, repeat purchasers, or multiple accounts associated with the same individual or household may not be eligible.

3. How to Redeem an Offer

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Offers must be redeemed by entering a valid promotional code at checkout or by using a designated promotional link

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order

  • Offers are valid only during the promotional period stated and must be redeemed before the applicable expiration date and time

4. What the Offer Applies To

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Offers apply only to eligible NovaPause products available on www.novapause.com and do not apply to:

  • Gift cards

  • Taxes, fees, or shipping (if applicable)

  • Third-party products, services, or memberships

Some Offers may apply only to digital products (such as guides, programs, or toolkits) or only to physical products or supplements. The applicable promotion will specify any such limitations.

5. Exclusions

Certain products, collections, bundles, or future offerings may be excluded from a specific Offer.

Any exclusions will be disclosed in the applicable promotional materials (including emails, banners, checkout pages, or landing pages) and are incorporated by reference into these Promotional Offer Terms.

6. No Price Adjustments

Offers are not valid on prior purchases.

NovaPause does not provide price adjustments, credits, or partial refunds for orders placed before or after the promotional period.

7. No Cash Value

Offers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or gift cards.

Unless stated otherwise, percentage- or dollar-based discounts are applied before taxes, fees, or shipping (if applicable).

8. Stacking & Combining Offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes

  • Offers may not be applied to subscription pricing, if and when subscriptions are offered

9. One-Time Use & Misuse

NovaPause may limit Offer redemption to one per customer, per email address, per household, per account, or per payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any order that appears to involve misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to bulk purchases, automated redemptions, or unauthorized code sharing.

10. Availability & Technical Issues

Product availability is not guaranteed and may be limited.

Items placed in your cart are not reserved until checkout is successfully completed.

If technical issues (such as system errors, code malfunctions, or site outages) prevent redemption during the promotional period, NovaPause is not obligated to honor the Offer after it expires, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

11. Changes or Cancellation of Offers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaPause reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Offer, or these Promotional Offer Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

By participating in any Offer, you agree to these Promotional Offer Terms and all other applicable NovaPause policies.

13. Void Where Prohibited

Offers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
