NovaPause Wellness, LLC (“NovaPause,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California limited liability company. NovaPause operates the website located at www.novapause.com, along with any associated subdomains, digital programs, mobile experiences, email communications, private communities, or online services that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Site”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any products, services, content, educational materials, downloads, programs, events, digital products, physical products, or supplements offered by NovaPause (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Services.

To access or use the Site or purchase any Services, you must:

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use

  • All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise required by law.

NovaPause is not responsible for lost downloads, misplaced emails, device incompatibility, or user-side technical issues.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of descriptions, ingredients, availability, or appearance. Products may change or be discontinued without notice.

B. Health & Safety
Physical products and supplements, if and when offered, are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not medical treatments. C. Returns & Refunds

Prices are subject to change without notice. By purchasing, you agree to pay all listed prices, applicable taxes, and shipping fees (if applicable).

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. NovaPause does not store full payment card information.
